Textbook Ordering
Please allow us at least 24 hours to process your order!
New or Used: Please select New or Used when choosing your books. We will make every attempt to fill your order
with the type of book (new or used) you requested. Should that type be unavailable, we will substitute
that type with the type we have in stock. (Note that this may cause your sales total to increase or
decrease, depending on the substitution).

Availability of used books is on a first come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed.
New books will be provided if used are not available. If you do not want anything substituted, please
write "NO BOOK SUBSTITUTIONS PLEASE" in the customer notes area on your checkout page.
Textbooks not available at the time of your order will NOT be put on backorder-they will be canceled off. When you receive your order, if you are missing any books,
it means we did not have them when your order was processed. You should check back and reorder at a later time

Textbook Rentals
We have partnered with Follett Higher Education to offer another alternative to lowering your textbooks costs.
Textbook rentals have grown in popularity because of the savings that are offered, and we now have the ability to offer these great savings online.
This is an online only option which means the entire transaction can be done in the comfort of your home. Rental books are not offered
in the FSU Bookstore as of yet, but it will be soon.
Find your books, place the order, and your books will show up at your front door. At the end of the rental period, simply
print out the postage paid label and send the book back before the due date.
Due to limited availability, not all books are offered as rentals but the list will continue to grow.
